Using the rogtoto Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using any part of the rogtoto platform (rogtoto.vin), you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rogtoto as the platform operator. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version in effect.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the rogtoto platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not be on a self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• Only holds one account only on the rogtoto platform — owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Providing true, accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Use of the platform must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country or region where you reside.

Rogtoto reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Documents that may be required include a national ID, passport, utility bill, or bank statement for address verification purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension or permanent termination.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All deposits into your rogtoto account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. rogtoto does not accept third-party deposits. Supported payment methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other options available on the platform.

To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the rogtoto team. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and are typically completed within the specified timeframe.

All amounts displayed on the rogtoto platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. rogtoto is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Rogtoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP program rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time of its launch.

A wagering requirement is the minimum total amount that must be wagered before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Members are required to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

5 Member Conduct & Prohibitions

All rogtoto members are expected to use the platform in a responsible, honest, and ethical manner. The following is a list of activities strictly prohibited on the rogtoto platform:

• Opening or using more than one account at rogtoto.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any tools that could unfairly influence game outcomes.
• Committing any form of fraud, identity falsification or providing false information to rogtoto.
• Exploiting technical loopholes or system errors for unauthorised gain.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any other member or rogtoto staff.
• Selling, transferring or sharing a rogtoto account with any other party.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary. rogtoto reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases of terms violations.

6 Account Security & Privacy

Your account security is a shared responsibility. rogtoto protects the platform with 256-bit SSL encryption and a multi-layered security system, but you must also take precautionary steps on your end.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your password, username or login credentials with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report to the rogtoto support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account.

7 Responsible Gaming

Using rogtoto's brand name, logo or trademarks for any commercial purpose without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The rogtoto platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. rogtoto does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or computer viruses. However, we continuously strive to maintain the platform at a high level of availability and performance.

Rogtoto is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of funds wagered during unavoidable technical disruptions.

10 Dispute Resolution

Rogtoto is committed to resolving any disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Describe your dispute clearly, along with supporting evidence such as screenshots or transaction numbers.
• Our team will review the complaint and respond within the stipulated timeframe.

All disputes will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws. rogtoto's decisions on all matters relating to gaming, technical, and financial disputes are final unless a demonstrable manifest error exists.

11 Account Termination & Closure

Rogtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any terms in this document. In cases of termination due to fraud or abuse, rogtoto reserves the right to withhold all account balances involved.

Alternatively, you are free to close your rogtoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all account balances have been fully withdrawn. Unclaimed balances after the specified period following a closure request may be forfeited in accordance with rogtoto's internal policy.

12 Terms Changes & Contact Us
